Hooked on Art (2024) by Hijack is an original sculpture finished in acrylic, oil, and spray paint. It is signed on the front and measures 56.5 × 59 × 43.5 inches.
A seated figure in a bright blue hooded jacket and rolled green trousers holds a fishing rod above a horizontal framed painting. The face disappears into the dark hood, while the long rod and the painting beneath the figure connect the sculpture’s vertical and horizontal forms. The title turns the familiar act of fishing into a playful image of being captivated by art.
The work can be viewed from multiple angles; ask Art R us about placement, access requirements, condition, documentation, and delivery or installation for your space. Read Hijack’s biography and explore the artist’s work, or arrange a private viewing in Naples through Collector Access.
