The Construct (2024) by Hijack is an original work in acrylic, oil, and spray paint on woodcut. Signed on the front, it measures 68 × 44.5 inches.

A seated figure in a blue sweatshirt has a birdcage for a head and extends beyond a gold-framed sunset. The contrast between the cage, the open sky, and the relaxed pose gives the work its surreal character. Its shaped outline carries the figure beyond the boundaries of a conventional picture.
