RIME, also known as Jersey Joe, is an American contemporary graffiti artist recognized for bold lettering, cartoon-inspired characters, layered compositions, and improvised visual storytelling. Born in Brooklyn, he began working within New York graffiti culture at age twelve and developed his practice through the scenes of Staten Island, New York, and New Jersey.

His work extends beyond traditional lettering into figures, symbols, text, and narrative scenes animated by bubble forms, graphic linework, and vivid color. Humor, desire, social relationships, everyday conflict, and the unpredictable rhythm of urban life frequently enter his compositions. This combination of technical discipline and spontaneous invention gives each work a sense of movement and personality.

Across murals, canvases, and studio pieces, RIME preserves the direct energy of graffiti while expanding it into collectible contemporary art. Art R us presents select original works for private acquisition in Naples, Florida for collectors drawn to authentic New York graffiti history and distinctive character-based painting.
